Taking over The Boatbuilders Yard and Polly Woodside in Melbourne, the increasingly popular festival has rounded up 23 boutique Australian and international gin producers and will once again offer guests the chance to hang out with the masterminds behind each of these individual gins.
Each producer will be bringing in their own signature cocktails, serving them up alongside both classic and reinterpreted versions of the summertime favourite G&T.
Producers guests can expect returning to the festival include Adelaide Hills, Archie Rose, Bass and Flingers Distillery, Four Pillars Gin, Ink Gin, Larrikin Gin, Forty Spotted Gin, The Melbourne Gin Company, Ounce Gin, Patient Wolf Din, McHenry Gin, Brookie’s Byron Gin, Cedar Fox Distilling Co, Monkey 47, Chase Gin, Never Never Distilling Co, Blind Tiger, The Botanist, Martin Millers, and East London Liquor Company.
